Sophie, a mum from London she tried this stroller on her two daughters aged 5 months and 10 months. It was very easy to maneuver and smooth on cobbled streets, even when the ground was bumpy. The large shopping basket and ergonomically designed padded footrests made her feel comfortable. 4. Joovy Twin Roo+
The Twin Roo+ is a frame stroller with a minimalist design that provides car seat compatibility. It also has a large storage bin. It is one of the lightest double strollers on the market. It weighs 24 lbs without attachments for infant car seats which is a bit lighter for a double stroller. It is a bit heavier than both the UPPAbaby v2 double as well as the Thule Urban Glide 2 double.
The Roo+ comes with a quick-start guide, and is easy to use. It snaps together easily and takes less than 10 minutes to get road-ready. It doesn't come with a canopy built-in therefore your children will need to wear their own sunshades in case they require additional protection from the elements.
Through our tests, we discovered that the Roo+ was a dual stroller that was able to handle. It can navigate most terrains, but has trouble with grassy areas as well as over gravel. It can also be hard to steer over and up 1-inch curbs. This stroller is not recommended to use on stairs or off-road, but its suspension system can assist to reduce bumps.
The Roo+ has a large storage bin underneath the seat, but it's hard to access without taking off infant car seats. This is a common issue twin frame strollers commonly face however Joovy offers a separate underseat baby carrier to help solve this problem.

Contrary to other top-scoring models the Roo+ does not have an auto-standing fold or cup holders. This is a small sacrifice for car seat compatibility and storage capabilities, but we'd prefer to have more flexibility from our strollers. Its flexibility in seating configuration is a nice feature, however, as it allows parents to mount their children's infant car seats facing opposite directions or in the same direction to better meet their requirements.
